Diet

Paracudas are chiefly insectivorous, though they will resort to eating plants if bugs are in low supply or hard to find. They evolved their sharp noses, which they are very proud of, to dig for burrowing insects such as beetles, ants, and wasps. Their stomachs and mouths produce a special saliva that dampens the effects of any poison present in insects or plants, though they will stay away from cacti and any kind of spiny insect. They will eat bugs as they find them, though some Paracudas will create myriad dishes such as burgers, bread, and bite-sized snacks.
